AGA SHOP SHEFFIELD ON THE MOVE!
We've moved to our new shop at 835a Ecclesall Road!
To mark this special occasion, we will be hosting a number of events in our new shop and would be delighted if you would join us.
- Thursday 9th September - OPEN EVENING
Everyone is welcome to our Open Evening to help celebrate the move to our fabulous new shop. Canapes and bucks fizz will be served throughout the evening and James McIntosh will be on hand to conjure up some delicious treats for everyone to sample.
- Friday 10th September - CHARITY EVENT with JAMES McINTOSH
We are delighted to be hosting a special evening with James McIntosh in aid of Neurocare.
Only 30 tickets, priced at £50.00 each, are available for this very special event so please call us now if you would like to be part of it.
- Saturday 11th September - GRAND OPENING DAY!
Come and join us for a glass of bucks fizz and some delicious treats at the Grand Opening of our new shop. Food will be cooked by Amelia Horne of 'Jack Rabbits' in Derby and background music will courtsey of a local jazz duo. A special 'Sheffield' guest will officially cut the ribbon at 12.00pm.

Best of British Food Open Week: 18th - 25th September 2010
Join us from Saturday 18th to Saturday 25th September for a series of Open Days that celebrates our love of British Food.
During this special week, you'll be able to see the new Figgy Pudding Textiles - the perfect accompaniment for your AGA Christmas - plus fantastic offers on Rayburn and AGA Upgrades this Autumn.
We've also dedicated Saturday 25th September as a technical day so if you have any questions please come along and ask the experts.

ABOUT OUR STORE
You can be sure of a warm welcome at the AGA Shop Sheffield, situated on the famous Ecclesall Road. We have a range of AGA appliances on display including our live 4 oven claret AGA used to produce an array of amazing dishes at our regular cookery demonstrations.
MEET THE TEAM
Manager Anne, owner of an oil fired AGA and many Fired Earth Products.
Mandy was a customer long before she became a valued member of the team. She bought a 4 oven AGA in 1996 and just couldn’t keep away!! A fabulous cook who treats her friends to regular dinner parties, Mandy lives in an idyllic village with it’s own brewery.
Josie has a background in hotel and pub management so moving accross to AGA has been an easy transition. Josie is a cookaholic! She has recently watched a demonstration by Hugh Fernley-Wittenstall in Devon and is armed with an array of cooking tips!
Gill is our newest team member. She is a retired teacher who enjoys cooking and travelling. She offers a wealth of information for our foreign cookery demonstrations.
AGA SHEFFIELD COOKERY SCHOOL - DEMONSTRATIONS & EVENTS
 We have a full and varied programme of demonstrations, events and open days all aimed at helping new, existing and potential AGA cooks get the very best from their cooker. From demonstrations on how to cook perfect pasta or bread to the essential Christmas demonstrations, designed to make the festive season as stress-free as possible.
The full calendar of events is listed above and our cookery school demonstrations always prove very popular so please contact us for more details or to book your place.
Every Saturday we offer cakes and pastries in store for customers to try, together with a free recipe sheet of the days speciality!
AGA Authentic Upgrade Programme
If you already have an AGA, we can help you choose how to make it look and feel like a new cooker. AGA offer three exciting opportunities for AGA owners to upgrade your existing AGA:
RE-INVENT allows you to add the innovative AGA Intelligent Management System (AIMS) to your cooker so that it is only a full temperature when you need to be. At other times it will be in ‘low’ or ‘slumber’ mode, reducing the heat output into the kitchen and conserving fuel!
RESTORE allows to to upgrade the exterior of your AGA to make it look like new! We can change the domes, the black top or you can change the colour to suit your décor
RENEW allows you to trade in your existing AGA against a new model. Your existing AGA will be recycled and will form part of a new one. Indeed, over 70% of an AGA comes from recycled material.

DIRECTIONS
Ecclesall Road is the A625 Castleton Road. Follow signs for the A625 from the City Centre, Railway Station or University.
IN THE LOCAL AREA
It is very easy to make a whole day out coming to historic Sheffield. If it is peace and tranquility then a 15 minute drive out of the city takes one into the beautiful Peak District National Park.
For a more sedate walk an amble through the Botanical Gardens will amaze and inspire. Situated across the road from the AGA Shop, the staff in the shop often sneak an odd luch time meandering amoung the marigolds!
For eating out Ecclesall Road has a diverse choice of bars, cafes, and resturants. The AGA staff will happily recommend a place to go as most of the establishments have been tried !
