Nut and Raisin Stuffing

15g butter, melted
1 onion, chopped
50g fresh breadcrumbs
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
Grated zest of ½ lemon
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 egg, beaten
50g seedless raisins
50g mixed nuts, chopped

Here’s how to make it......

Melt the butter in an AGA saucepan, add the onion and place in the simmering oven for 15 minutes till soft. Remove from the heat and add remaining ingredients.

Transfer mixture to an AGA loaf pan and set on the grid shelf on the fourth set of runners in the roasting oven for 30 minutes.

Drizzle with the turkey juices and serve.
